Karla Ellsworth

Karla Ellsworth brings more than 30 years of combined experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, and construction, with a career spanning select-service, full-service, luxury hospitality, and commercial property environments. Her extensive industry knowledge is complemented by long-standing relationships with major hotel brands, commercial property owners, municipalities, consultants, and skilled trade partners, providing clients with a trusted network and the expertise needed to support successful capital projects and informed investment decisions.

Karla holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Throughout her career, she has worked alongside some of Florida's most respected general contractors, commercial real estate professionals, and owner's representative firms, leading capital improvement, renovation, and development initiatives totaling more than $125 million. Today, she applies that experience to help owners, investors, developers, REITs, lenders, and asset managers navigate property due diligence, capital planning, construction advisory, and strategic real estate decisions with confidence, integrity, and a commitment to long-term asset performance.
